Theme: Exit Strategy – From Vision to Legacy
The 2025 CPIEA Global Summit brought together education leaders from around the world for four powerful days in Istanbul, creating space for honest collaboration, fresh ideas, and meaningful reflection. Centered on the theme Exit Strategy: From Vision to Legacy, this year’s event explored how agencies can build lasting impact through strong culture, clear systems, and thoughtful leadership succession.
Together, these moments defined a summit that bridged innovation with legacy, strengthening the CPIEA community worldwide.
Through CLLC Unplugged and the Exit Strategy Roundtable, members explored how sustainable leadership, transparent governance, and emotional intelligence influence the future of education organizations. The discussions highlighted that a true legacy begins when a vision is shared, not when leadership concludes.
Four key Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) were signed during the 2025 Summit, expanding CPIEA’s global reach in technology, student mobility, and leadership development.

Held on the second evening, the CPIEA Gala celebrated achievement and collaboration across our community.
Awards: 2025 winners were honored in four categories: New, Small, Mid-Size, and Large.
Accreditation: Newly accredited CPIEA members were recognized for meeting our Code of Ethics and professional standards.
The 2025 CPIEA Accreditation Ceremony recognized agencies that uphold the highest ethical and professional standards in international education.
Each accredited organization demonstrated a measurable commitment to CPIEA’s Code of Ethics, built on the pillars of:

Through this process, CPIEA continues to raise the bar for quality and integrity in the study-abroad industry, honoring agencies that inspire trust, excellence, and sustainable global impact.
Aly Rajab’s Legacy by Design, introduced at the Summit, explored how culture, succession, and emotional leadership come together to build organizations that last.
Attendees received signed copies during the Gala evening, marking a meaningful moment of reflection and renewal.
CLLC Turkey Site Visit
On Day 3, delegates enjoyed a site visit to the future Canadian Language Learning College (CLLC Turkey) Turkey campus in Beykoz, a K-8 school project designed to deliver high-quality learning and strong character development.
