At the 2025 CPIEA Global Summit, we offered participants a rare glimpse into the heartbeat of CLLC. Instead of a presentation, we opened a real window into one of our weekly directors’ meetings — the same meetings where our team aligns across campuses and time zones, reflects, supports one another, and shares the intelligence that drives our school forward.
Attendees watched the meeting exactly as it naturally unfolds, experiencing the culture that shapes CLLC from the inside. It was our secret sauce on display: a culture defined not by policies, but by what we consistently do when no one is watching.
Aly Rajab’s book, Legacy by Design, introduced at the Summit, offered a profound exploration of how culture, succession planning, and emotional leadership intertwine to create organizations that stand the test of time.

On Day 3, delegates enjoyed a site visit to the future Canadian Language Learning College (CLLC Turkey) Turkey campus in Beykoz, a K-8 school project designed to deliver high-quality learning and strong character development.
